The ST-1214 is an RSTi PacSystem digital input module from Emerson - GE Fanuc. Its Ethernet based I/O slice is designed to provide easy configuration and excellent performance. It offers 4 positive and negative logic point inputs per module. Additionally, it features indicators in green input states, another in green, a red indicator, and an fn-bus state indicator. Its nominal voltage is 24 volts DC. The minimum voltage range is 10.2 volts DC, whereas the maximum is 28.8 volts DC, which is typical of the on-state voltage. The off-state voltage range is 5 volts DC. The on-state current range is a maximum of 6 milliamperes per point at 28.8 volts DC. Besides that, its input signal delay range is 3 milliseconds from on to off and 3 milliseconds from off to on. The nominal input impedance range of this RSTi PacSystem module is 5.1 kilo ohms, and its filtering time is only 1.5 milliseconds. The current consumption rating of this input module at 5 volts DC is 35 milliamperes. Its isolation is based on I/O to logic. For wiring, its compatibility is with the 2.0 mm², 14 AWG. Aside from that, this module is compliant with UL and CSA approvals for use in ordinary locations. Also, its compliance with Class I (Div 2) and A, B, C, and D groups in hazardous areas make this RSTi PacSystem input module a powerful unit. Furthermore, this device is simple to configure, manage, and upgrade because its modular and distributed design emphasizes usability. High-speed connections are enhanced with Ethernet-based RSTi PacSystem I/O to handle the massive amounts of data generated by your devices.
